Nike Sportswear dropped Gnucci Banana & Spoek Mathambo‘s Pero Spicey mixtape today! They finished the mixtape sometime earlier this month, but NSW was holding it hostage for some reason. No worries, it’s out now and it’s everything you’d expect from the duo AND more. Nearly an hour of thumping tropical bass and electronic sounds.

Daniel Haaksman feat. MC Fodate – Tamanehro

Daniel Haaksman recenty finished his latest album Rambazamba (out in April!) and decided to give away a track that didn’t make the cut, Tamanehro featuring MC Fodate.

I just put the finishing touches to my “Rambazamba” album which is scheduled for a end of April 2011 release. The hardest thing was to make the final selection and track sequence. Blood, sweat & tears accompanied my choice. One of the tracks that didnt made it into the final is “Tamanehro”. Grab it from here and consider it an appetizer to “Rambazamba”. Congorock’s MiniPartyMix® for Babylon

Last Saturday Babylon aired their first MiniPartyMix® of 2011 put together by Fool’s Gold Record’s Congorock. A playlist isn’t available at the moment, but I do remember hearing (not in order) a remix of Spank Rock‘s Backyard Betty, Laidback Luke’s remix of Carte Blanche & Kid Sister‘s Do! Do! Do!, Congorock’s remix of Mark Ronson &  Boy George’s Somebody To Love Me, and Congorock’s very own Babylon featuring Mr. Lexx.
